Hey Guys,

I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with your service! I had
originally contacted other brokers and I was told one price and then when it
came time to booking the job I was told the same thing over and over again
that our vehicle was considered "oversized" and would cost anywhere from
$200-300 more for transporting. Even though I put in the quote request the
size of vehicle it was. When I called you it only cost $50 more and by the time I
called you my pick up date was only 3 days away (due to all the re-calling that I
had to do) and you were able to schedule it on time. Then the driver Sandra
was GREAT!!! She was able to pick up the vehicle ahead of time and delivery it
early!!! Which was great because I then was able to surprise my husband
when he came home from a business trip and saw our new vehicle in the
drive way. Sandra was very courteous and professional and kept in contact
with me constantly. She went above and beyond in her customer service. I
would highly recommend her and your company for any transporting needs.

I want to thank you for our transport of our car. I submitted it about 9:30 AM
CST on March 2nd and was on the receiving end. My ex-husband contacted
me about 7PM CST telling me that the car had been loaded already on that
same day about 6PM. It arrived safely last night (3/3) about 10:45pm. They
guys had a slight delay but they kept in contact with me throughout the entire
day. Even though it was an old beat up pick/up, my son wanted his car back
and to our delight, what we thought would be a scary and awful process, it was
not. The car arrived within 48 hours total from start to finish and even better, it
came on an enclosed truck at no extra cost to us. Your quote was the second
lowest so I was worried it might be a week or two to get picked up, but it wasn’
t. Out of all of the 15 quotes sent to me by internet, yours was $560 with the
lowest being $499 and the average $650 up to $750. You are listed with the
BBB and only two others were and they had lots of complaints.
We were delighted with your service and will use you again. It is so great that
the car is already here and we don’t have to mess with all of this kind of stuff
and it started on a Thursday and closed on Friday. What a great testimonial to
your service.

I have received the car today (Thursday) and paid the driver. The drive could
not reach me on Tuesday because I did not expect the car to be here on
Tuesday (he picked up the car on Saturday late afternoon). He reached me on
Wednesday and delivered the car on Thursday.
At the end, everything works out well and the driver was very helpful. Great and

Thanks for all your help. We picked up the car 2 days ago. It looks great. You
were wonderful to do business with. I would like to contact your supervisor to

company got our business was because you were the first to respond to my
email inquiry. The quotes were all about the same, but your
promptness/responsiveness was why I chose Bravo. I also researched your

I just want to thank you for your outstanding customer service! I contacted you
yesterday morning and requested transport service for a 1979 Mazda RX7 to
be delivered to St. Petersburg from Atlanta. I expected this would take at least
a couple weeks but within an hour I received a phone call that you had a
carrier in the Atlanta area. The car arrived today in St. Pete at 2:00 pm and I'm
definitely impressed! The response time was incredible and I am amazed at
how quickly the car was delivered and the professional and courteous service
that was provided by everyone I dealt with. I would recommend you to anyone I
know who needs a vehicle transport service.

2/7/2005. It arrived faster than the cashier's check via express mail sent last
Saturday morning. However, my son cut another casher's check for the driver.
